There are three different Vines found in scritpure
When we look at the symbolism of the vine and the branches it is similar to that of the head and the body: we have a living relationship to Christ and belong to Him.
is found in the old testament referring to the nation of Israel (; ; ; ; )
When we think of Jesus as the Vine let us not think of the little frail grapevines that we see at the grocery store where the vines and branches are easily the broken off.

THE VINEDRESSER
The nation of Israel had everything it needed for success.
but it produced while grapes!
Instead of practicing Justice, it practice oppression; instead of practicing righteousness, it practice unrighteousness and cries from the distress of its victims.
And because of this God had to deal with the nation of Israel chastise in them.

My Father is the vinedresser.
2. There is also a future Vine, “the vine of the Earth.”
it's desc
The vine dresser is in charge of caring for the vines, and Jesus said that this is the work of the father.
it is the father who prunes the branches so that they will produce more fruit.
rev 14:14-1
rev 14:14-20
many Christians pray that God will make them more fruitful, but they do not enjoy the pruning process that follows.
This is the gentle World System ripening for God's judgement.
Grapevines are more plentiful if pruned.
The pruning may refer to hardship that (eventually) produces faithfulness and closer relationship with God, such as the disciples are about to experience
If you keep reading on to verse 20 you will see that believers are the branches in vine live heaven,” but the unsaved are the branches of the vine yard of Earth.”
vinedresser prunes branches in two ways:
Grapevines are more plentiful if pruned.
The pruning may refer to hardship that (eventually) produces faithfulness and closer relationship with God, such as the disciples are about to experience

The “Vineof the Earth” will be cut down and destroy it when Jesus Christ return
He cuts away dead wood that can breed disease and insects, he cuts away living tissue so that the life of the vine will not be jeopardized.
In fact the vinedresser will even cut away whole branches of grapes so the rest of the crop will be of higher quality.
We may not want to accept it but the pruning process is on of the most important parts to the growth.
It’s important that we go through the pruning process, one of the greatest judgements God could bring to a believer would be to let them alone.
let him to his own way.
I.
The True Vine
But because God loves us he prunes us and encourage us to bear more fruit for His glory.
If branches to speak, they would confess that the pruning process Hurts,But they would also rejoice, that they were able to produce more and better fruit.
the true vine is Jesus.
Jesus is the center of the Christian faith—He is the source of life and the way to eternal life
Your heavenly father is never closer to you then he is when he's pruning you.
sometimes he cuts away the Deadwood that might cause trouble but often he cuts off living tissue that is robbing you from your spiritual vigor.

pruning does not mean spiritual surgery that removes is bad.
It can also mean cutting away the good and the better so that we might enjoy the best.
yes, pruning Hurts, but it also helps.
we may not enjoy it but we need it.

III.
THE BRANCHES
When we think of Jesus as the Vine let us not think of the little frail grapevines that we see at the grocery store where the vines
A branch of itself, is weak and useless.
it is only good for either burning or bearing but not for building.
the branch cannot produce his own life; you must draw that life from the Vine.
that is our communion with Christ, through the spirit makes it possible to bear fruit.
there are many examples of this communion with Christ throughout scripture for example the body and its members ; the bride and the bridegroom ; the sheep and the shepherd ;
a member of the body cut off with die
The marriage creates a union, but it takes daily love and devotion to maintain the communion.
