Ministry has changed quite a bit even in the last 5-10 years.
The Level of expectation for churches and public facilities is great.
You may say we are immuned to change here in small town White Haven yet we all have preferences but those who don’t go here have preferences as well
Are we willing to ask the tough questions of what it will take to draw people unlike ourselves into our worshipping community
Are you going to fight it and be like K-Mart which doesn’t have anything you need when you walk in or will you address what people want by paying for shipping like Wal-Mart in order to compete against Amazon
they are tough choices and it won’t make everyone happy but you are doing it for the loyal customers or committed members but for those who do not know Christ.

What is the mission?
Does anyone know the irrovocable and uncompromising core values ?
To reach people unlike you (unbelievers) you have to do things that appeal to them.
Some places it is simple things like clean bathrooms and air conditioning.
In other parts it is making the church not look so much like a church or because of the baggage the look comes with or the name will do the same thing.
Paul’s challenge to Timothy and the church in Ephesus is to start thinnking how they can reach all people.
