I do not know about you, but when I found out about this fact, I can tell that God puts a lot of emphasis to tell us about offering.

But it shows that they are passionate about it.

Go with me to this verse in the bible.
When I read this verse, I feel so excited and rich even.

We pray that 1 day, we have so much resources, that we can have our own HOGC building, a freedom place to worship, no lack of equipments, facilities.

These people give out of their freewill, and not just once a week, or during even CG only, but every morning!
