Before text messaging.
We wrote letters or notes to one another.
PostScript messages were common ways of closing out our communication.
As kids, we learned to write notes to our girlfriend or boyfriend.
We were probably taught to close the letter with P.S.
I love you.
Professing our affection was probably the reason for writing the note, but not wanting to be too bold we would declare our as if it was almost an afterthought.
The difference between an epilogue and a postscript, at the end of a letter is that P.S. is an afterthought whereas an epilogue summarizes the message.
Today we learn that Revelation 22:6–21 is not an afterthought that Jesus forgot God wanted to share with us.
Revelation 22 is an epilogue of Jesus’ letter to His churches.
Revelation 22:6–21 is not only a summary of application for the book of revelation but also for the whole Bible.
Today, we will look at Revelation 22:6–13.

Proclaim the gospel of grace, because salvation and forgiveness is free.
The preaching of the Word has two results repentance or rebellion; the softening of the heart or the harding of the heart.
Preaching draws the line in the sand.
God’s word leaves no excuse for ignorance or foolishness.
