Notes on personable: they are the go-getter that does not take “no” for an answer .
They have the good news and do not want anyone to miss it.
They are prepared with the evidence to prove it too.
Notes on motivating: They are passionate about the gospel and want to share with others and press for a decision to accept or reject

Notes: They do not want to be distracted, and are not easily distracted from fruitless discussions, they keep the main thing, the first thing, the gospel first and foremost.
