I Identify the problem
*Foolish- having or showing a lack of good sense, judgement, or discretion
II Locate the problem
Bound- to be made fast (fasten); to be tied or secured; to be bound (rope)
Heart- the internal part of a person; the thoughts (mind); volition; emotions; and knowledge of right from wrong (conscience)
III Correct the problem
Rod- thin long implement made of metal or wood
Correction- discipline or training to improve strength or self control
IV Remove the problem
Far- disassociate
Pr 19:18 “Chasten thy son while there is hope, And let not thy soul spare for his crying.”
Pr 23:13-14 “Withhold not correction from the child: For if thou beatest him with the rod, he shall not die. Thou shalt beat him with the rod, And shalt deliver his soul from hell.”

*Foolishness appears to be tied up in the heart of the child.
The only way to dispel foolishness is through a spanking.
A foolish person is not an adult yet. They can't reach adulthood until they relinquish the foolishness.
It reminds me of school-age kids and their behavioral problems.
