Do not pray like the hypocrites

According to Christ’s example, the time of our prayers is not limited to a specific time of the day, but instead is throughout the day.
Morning before the sun arises, mid-day as we need wisdom to handle circumstances.
In the evening and at all times (pray without ceasing) Paul instructs us in 1 Th 5.16-18 “16 Rejoice always, 17 pray without ceasing, 18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”

What are the blessings/rewards that we will receive?
Is there a list somewhere?
Is it a guaranteed return on investment?
Does this mean when we pray privately, in secret we are certain to receive exactly what we ask for?
Jer 17.5-9 “5 Thus says the Lord: “Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength, whose heart turns away from the Lord.
6 He is like a shrub in the desert, and shall not see any good come.
He shall dwell in the parched places of the wilderness, in an uninhabited salt land.
7 “Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose trust is the Lord.
8 He is like a tree planted by water, that sends out its roots by the stream, and does not fear when heat comes, for its leaves remain green, and is not anxious in the year of drought, for it does not cease to bear fruit.”
9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it?”
