Anger is a powerful emotion, and Scripture often warns against it. Is anger ever OK, and what is it OK for? We look at God's anger, Jesus' anger, and our own anger, and try to figure out how this important emotion should work in our lives. As Christians we often wear masks that hide our true emotions and feelings. How can we be honest with ourselves in the area of our feelings? How then do we deal with intense negative feelings that can control not only our wellbeing, but also our decision making. Does not Jesus say His yoke is easy and light?
