He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.
All Things were created by the Jesus Christ, Ephesians 3:8-9
To me, who am less than the least of all the saints, this grace was given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, and to make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who created all things through Jesus Christ;
He made the ages, Hebrews 1:2

He wrapped Himself in flesh, Philippians 2:5-8
Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.
This life is eternal life
The one who has the Son has life, 1 John 5:12
He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.

I am the bread of life.
Men Could Not Grasp Hold Of the Light, John 1:5
John 1:5 (NKJV)
And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness could not grasp (καταλαμβάνω) it.
This does not mean to comprehend (συνίημι)
It is to grasp hold of, Mark 9:17-18
Then one of the crowd answered and said, “Teacher, I brought You my son, who has a mute spirit. And wherever it seizes him, it throws him down; he foams at the mouth, gnashes his teeth, and becomes rigid. So I spoke to Your disciples, that they should cast it out, but they could not.”
Caught, John 8:4
they said to Him, “Teacher, this woman was caught in adultery, in the very act.
Overtaken, 1 Thessalonians 5:4
But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief.
Men wanted to grasp hold of the light so they could control it.
The actual work for comprehend is seen in Luke 24:45
Luke 24:45
And He opened their minds to comprehend (συνίημι) the Scriptures.
The One Sent to Testify Concerning the Light, John 1:6-8
He was sent by God, John 1:6
There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
He bore witness of the light, John 1:7
This man came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all through him might believe.
He was not the light, John 1:8
He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.
God told Israel this witness would be sent, Isaiah 40:3
The voice of one crying in the wilderness:
“Prepare the way of the Lord;
Make straight in the desert
A highway for our God.
John testifies that he is the one God spoke of, John 1:23
He said: “I am
‘The voice of one crying in the wilderness:
“Make straight the way of the Lord,” ’
as the prophet Isaiah said.”
He is the true light, John 1:9
That was the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world.
He was in the world, John 1:10

But as man as received Him, He gave them the authority to become children of God, the ones believing on His name
They were not the children of God at this time
After the resurrection of Christ
We are born again, from above, John 3:3; 1 Peter 1:23
Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever,
We are legitimate children of God, 1 John 3:2
Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.
This birth is not by the desirous will of men nor of blood, John 1:13
John 1:13 (NKJV)
the ones not born out from blood nor out from a desirous will of flesh nor out from a desirous will of humans, but out from God.
Not the Jews by Birth - by Blood, Romans 9:6-7
But it is not that the word of God has taken no effect. For they are not all Israel who are of Israel, nor are they all children because they are the seed of Abraham; but, “In Isaac your seed shall be called.”
This birth is by the desirous will of God alone, Romans 9:16
So then it is not of him who wills, nor of him who runs, but of God who shows mercy.
The Word Dwelt Among Us, John 1:14
And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

John 1:1–14
In a beginning was the Word and the Word was with the God and the Word was Deity. This One was in a beginning with the God. All things came to be through Him, and apart from Him not one thing came to be that came to be. In Him was life and the life was the light of humans. And the light shines in the darkness and the darkness does not grasp it. A man came to be, send alongside God, his name is John. This one was sent unto a witness in order that he should testify concerning the light, in order that all should believe through him. That one was not the light, but in order that he should testify concerning the light. The true light was, which illuminates all humans, the ones brought into the world. He was in the world, and the world through Him came to be, and the world did not know Him. He came unto his own things and His own [people] did not receive Him. But as many as received Him, He gave them the authority to become children of God, to the ones believing on His name. The ones born not out from bloods, nor out from a desirous will of flesh nor out from a desirous will of men, but out from God. And the Word came to be flesh and He tented among us, and we beheld His glory, the proper opinion as the one of a kind from the Father, full of grace and truth.
