Thank you for the honor of being able to speak here today on behalf of your family.

I’d like to take a moment to thank some individuals on behalf of the family.

Billy was a son, a brother, a husband, a father and a grandfather.

Billy served our country and was a veteran of Vietnam.

Billy was a pipe fitter out of local 669. He had stickers everywhere to let people know. Now a lot of people aren’t associated with that profession… but I am not one of those people. My father was an electrician out of local 760. My dad always said those were the hardest working men… other than electricians that he ever knew.

Billy also spent some time behind the wheel of a Motor Coach. I’m sure he saw many places and met many people he never thought he would see.

Billy seemed to love fishing… no so much the fishing just the going and being with his family part

16 “Behold, I will send for many fishermen,” says the Lord, “and they shall fish them; and afterward I will send for many hunters, and they shall hunt them from every mountain and every hill, and out of the holes of the rocks.

Mark 1:16–18 NKJV

16 And as He walked by the Sea of Galilee, He saw Simon and Andrew his brother casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen. 17 Then Jesus said to them, “Follow Me, and I will make you become fishers of men.” 18 They immediately left their nets and followed Him.

He liked to cook and was very familiar with a Coleman stove

His brothers last night told me a little about those trips… of course they had known him all his life that started in Buford

Billy was a man that loved to help others.

Judy 51 years is a long time and it may seem to have gone way to fast but listen to what your family had to say about the man you loved.
